How to Place Your Order

To expedite the speed of your order fulfillment and maintain our production efficiency, please fill out the order form as follows:

1. Order number
   Your company's short name with a reference number, for example, "SCO99001". (Please use capital letters!)
2. Pin name
   A recognizable name for the article. (Please use capital letters!)
3. Target delivery date
   Please specify desired delivery date while taking the following production lead times into consideration: a. Soft enamelling items: 15 to 20 days from the date that both the order and the artwork are received. b. Hard/Synthetic enamelling items: 20 to 25 days from receipt of order and artwork. c. Printing items: 10 to 20 days from receipt of order and artwork.
4. Quantity
   Ordered quantity. Due to unforeseen production defects, if the ordered quantity is less than 2,501 pieces, a 5% failure rate is possible. Please also understand the difficulties involved in re-producing small quantities to make up a deficiency.
5. Date
   The date when you place the order.
6. Size
   The actual size of the article (width x length x diagonal). Our price is based on the width, length or diagonal, whichever is the greatest. For example, we offer a price based on 37mm in the following diagram:



7. Total colors
   Total number of colors in your design. (But not applicable to offset printing process.)
8. Thickness
   please see Thickness Conversion Tables
   
9. Process
   Tick your choice, for example, Copper stamped with soft enamel.
10. Back text
    If back texts are requested, please indicate in this column. The mold for the back text will incur an extra charge.
11. Attachment
    Please select from our catalogue of attachments.
12. Packing
    Our standard packing is 1 pc/poly bag, 250 pcs/large poly bag. Other packing available on request subject to additional charge.
13. Pantone Color ref. and AOKI ref.
    Enter required color reference numbers based on Pantone Chart for soft enamelling/synthetic enamelling, silkcreen printing, rubberized PVC and Freedee Concept R items. AOKI Cloisonne Chart for hard enamellgz items.
14. Remarks
    Your comments or special requirements if any.
15. Actual Size
    Please tick on the design film, or photocopy in ACTUAL SIZE.
16. Shipping method
    Please enter the required shipping method and name of forwarder. If you have an express courier contract number, please enter it here.
17. Company Chop
    Please sign your name and affix company chop (stamp) to the order form.
18. Shipping mark
    Please enter your shipping mark on this form to facilitate identification of consignment at customs.

Remarks: The thickness of copper stamping with synthetic enamel is the same as hard enamel (Absolute error is +/- 0.1 mm)
