It's amazing how quickly 2009 has gone by. Christmas is only 1 week away so on behalf of everyone in Scorpion I would like to take this opportunity to send you our holiday greetings.

From a business point of view, you might agree with me that it has been a tough year. Thankfully for us, this year has been better than last. We met our sales targets and we successfully executed a plan to streamline our whole operation to save cost.

Some milestones achieved this year:

• Monthly newsletter sent to customers with special or new product information, including Memo keychains, black & white series, USB keychains, Retractable Reel, Wire straps, Carabiner series, Acrylic Hanger...etc.
• PVC factory has been accredited with ISO9001:2000 & ISO14001:2004 & GMC.
• PVC factory has been accredited by HKQAA with SA8000 certifications.

Next year, we will continue to update you on our latest developments through our monthly newsletter.

The global economic outlook for 2010 is uncertain but I am personally strongly optimistic about the prospects for Scorpion during the next 12 months. Our 2009 performance demonstrated that our business model is robust enough to endure the toughest business circumstances. We are now poised for growth as a leaner and fitter organization.

No matter how many things change in 2010 one thing that will remain constant is our focus on "excellent customer and quality service".
